I hired this company to move myself and my Mother from Chillicothe, IL to ***, GA. They lost 7 boxes and broke 2 pieces of furniture.

This move took place in February 2017. It is now December 2017 and we still do not have compensation for fixing our furniture, they never located our 7 boxes, so no compensation there. They do not answer the phone and do not return messages. I had been emailing with a man named Jeff and I thought we were going to finally get things resolved.

He has stopped answering his emails. This has been the most unprofessional, ridiculous and stressful experience of my life.

This company should not be in business. Period.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

We had a similar experience. They might bed us broke a number of items.

We cannot get in touch with them to file a claim. Worst company ever.
